Just a few of the incredible martial arts teams that will be going head-to-head at the WMAC British Championships on Sunday 5th July 2026 in Worcester.

From kickboxing clubs and karate academies to MMA teams and traditional martial arts schools, competitors from across the UK will be battling for British titles, national rankings, and qualification opportunities on one of the biggest stages in British martial arts.

A fantastic day of training today with the WMAC England Full & Light Contact Squad, expertly delivered by Director Carl Swaby.

A huge thank you to Carl and the entire team at Legacy Martial Arts for hosting and delivering an outstanding session. Your hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to share your knowledge is greatly appreciated by everyone involved.

The squad worked hard throughout the day, focusing on technical development, ringcraft, tactics, conditioning, and preparing for the challenges ahead as we build towards the WMAC World Championships in Austria 2026.

The commitment, attitude, and determination shown by all the athletes was superb. Days like today are what help build stronger competitors, stronger teams, and a stronger WMAC England.

Thank you once again to Carl and the Legacy Martial Arts team for their continued support of our athletes and the development of Full & Light Contact competition across England.
