Well done to Ania & Mark for completing their challenge of cycling 1000 miles from 'Land’s End to John O’Groats' to celebrate their big birthdays and to raise some money for 'Ovarian Cancer Action'; a charity close to their hearts.

2000 miles between them, both riding a Trek Checkpoint SL5, both with Bontrager Girona Tyres, both had no punctures; now that's what you call a tick!

🔧 Workshop highlight… Whilst some of you will be hanging up the summer bikes in replacement for the winter bikes or turbo, it may be the perfect time to get your Shimano cranks rechecked or checked. This recall was from 2023 on the pictured cranks, however it is still valid. As you can see from the images it can be extremely serious and also not noticeable straight away.
