Amazon driver was kind enough to deliver to my house this morning and redesign my car, unfortunately I was happy with how it was prior to their modifications. Hopefully can restore it to its former 'glory'.

If you don't continue to pay attention to your nutrition you can lose progress rapidly... I decided to 'relax' over Christmas and managed to put on 6kg and lose a lot of the progress I had made!

A little pi$$ed in retrospect but we reset and go again. I'll keep you posted with my cut progress. It should take less than 12 weeks to return if I stay on track.

Staying in a calorie deficit doesn't have to feel like starvation or be expensive. This large plate of food is around 600 calories with around 60g of protein and costs around £2.50.

I felt more than content after tucking into this jerk chicken breast, air fried potato and veg.
