* Work out how to tackle an obstacle
* Balance and coordinate their movements
* Make decisions quickly
* Control their impulses
* Adapt when their first attempt doesn’t work
* Encourage and communicate with teammates
* Judge how much they want to challenge themselves
* Try again after failing
 Exercising body and brain at the same time
