Some of you may have noticed weโ€™ve been busy carrying out a few cosmetic improvements around the gym over the last couple of weeks.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone for your patience while the work has been taking place, and for bearing with us through any disruption along the way.

Thereโ€™s still more to come, but itโ€™s all part of our ongoing efforts to keep improving the gym and making it the best it can be.

One of our two Cybex VR2 Prone Leg Curls has now been fully stripped down, ready for powder coating and a complete refurbishment.

The build quality and biomechanics of these machines make them well worth restoring.

A huge thank you to everyone for your patience while our posing room renovation has been underway.

As the project has progressed, weโ€™ve decided to make a few changes and incorporate some very ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ช๐ฎ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ. They needed a lot of thought to get right, so the project has taken a little longer than weโ€™d originally hoped.

The electricians are now booked in for ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ญ๐ก & ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‘๐ญ๐ก ๐€๐ฎ๐ . Once the electrical work is finished, we can then crack on with the remaining work.

A huge thank you to my strength coach, , for all the work heโ€™s put into helping me through this transition at Chrisโ€™s Elite Fitness Redditch ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป.

Dropping 20kg from heavyweight down to cruiserweight was never just about losing weightโ€”it was about maintaining strength, power, speed and athleticism while improving my overall boxing performance. Alanโ€™s knowledge and attention to detail have been a massive part of making that happen.

Throughout the process, every session has been focused on sports-specific performance, making sure Iโ€™m not only holding onto muscle but becoming more explosive, more conditioned, and better equipped for the demands of boxing. The difference Iโ€™ve felt in training and sparring has been huge, and itโ€™s showing in my performances.

Itโ€™s easy to lose strength and power during a big weight cut, but thanks to Alanโ€™s expertise weโ€™ve managed to preserve muscle, improve movement, and make sure Iโ€™m getting the absolute best out of my body.

This with Dean Collins TommyGun Collins expert Boxing Coaching and daily guidance and Matt 'man' Windle John Keay and mom pushing me is setting the president for my return to the ๐ŸฅŠ Ring.
