Redditch Sailing Club Small friendly Sailing Club located at Arrow Valley Lake, Redditch, Worcestershire. Racing to RYA rules Sundays, and Tuesday evenings through the summer.

Sailing courses available. Junior fun courses are ran throughout the summer holidays.

Next Club social is "Mini Boat on a rope" race night. Tuesday April 28th - 7pm.
Join us for a fun night.
*Bangers and mash and puds. *£4 pp or £2.50 child portion.

(Racing involves winding up a boat on a string. 6 boats in each race. First boat passed finish line wins.
50p bets on individual boats to win. Winners share total takings for each race.
See video of our trial run with 2 boats, (there will be 6 on the night). 🙂

Something wicked, this way comes 🎃

There have been reports of, spooky goings on, at Redditch Sailing club last week. 👻☠️🧙‍♀️

Sightings of gruesome apparitions, witches, and even an 18th century pirate, clearly looking for rum, have been brought to our attention.

It appears that these gruesome apparitions were throwing some sort of party last Friday...

Investigations have taken place and these images prove that it was in fact Redditch Sailing Club members having a fun time at the Monster ball, halloween party!

Unfortunately we don't have any house elves but we do have some hardworking and willing volunteers. Well done and thank you to all who helped to make the magic happen.

Our young sailing team, The Wagtails, had an amazing time representing Redditch Sailing Club at the recent Worcester Youth Sailing Regatta, held at Upton Warren Sailing Club! 💙
Wagtails took 1st, 2nd and 3rd 🥇🥈🥉and they all showed fantastic sportmanship, determination, and plenty of smiles as they raced alongside sailors from other clubs. They did us proud! 👏

A huge thank you to Upton Warren SC for hosting such a fun and welcoming event, and to all the parents, coaches, and volunteers who make days like this possible. 🌟

Oh the weather outside was frightful but the fire pit, mince pies and mulled wine were so delightful! Sailing cancelled due to the weather but that didn’t dampen the festive spirit. After a visit from Santa and marshmallows in the firepit, all grown ups and children enjoyed the carolling and just catching up with friends old and new. Thank you to all those who worked hard to make this such a success. Happy Christmas everyone 🤶🎄🎅

What a fab night! This year’s Christmas 2024 party was held at the club.
Many thanks to all the talented, hard working volunteers who did an impressive job of decking the halls and preparing the buffet. Daryl’s Dazzling Disco for providing the tunes. Well done to all the brain boxes that had a go at the GCHQ Christmas Quiz. Even bigger well done if you solved all the clues!
