Black Belt 1st Dan Goshin Jutsu...ACHIEVED!!! Never expected this and I'm humbled to receive my black belt as 1st Dan...my mind is currently blown. You can tell by my face how happy I am.

As my final working day of 2024 comes to a close, I want to take a moment to say a massive thank you to all my clients. This year has been incredible—full of big wins, hard work, and countless moments of dedication mixed with many giggles. Whether it was smashing personal bests, staying consistent through challenges, or simply showing up with your "can-do" mindset, you've made this year truly special for me.
