🥋 WHAT A NIGHT! 🥋

A huge congratulations to everyone who took part in tonight’s final sparring workshop! 👊🔥

We had a fantastic turnout, with students joining us from Redditch TAGB Taekwondo, Redditch Tigers and Solihull TAGB Taekwondo.

Every single person worked incredibly hard throughout the evening, pushing themselves, supporting their training partners and giving it everything on the mats. 💪

From a coaching perspective, it was a really enjoyable session. Seeing everyone training together, learning, improving and enjoying themselves made the whole workshop series incredibly worthwhile.

A massive thank you to everyone who has attended over the three sessions. The effort, attitude and atmosphere have been brilliant from start to finish.

👏 Well done everyone — you should all be proud of yourselves!

After three sessions of sweat, fitness, movement, angles, sparring and questionable life choices… tonight, the series comes to an end. 😢

🛡️ The brave will attend.
⚔️ The wise will bring plenty of fluids.
🔥 The foolish will forget their water bottle.

After three fantastic sessions, we’re bringing our TAGB Sparring Workshop series to a close tomorrow night — and we want to finish with a bang! 💥

We’ve had some brilliant sessions covering fitness, movement, coming off the centre line, creating angles, using frames and developing our sparring skills. Now it’s time for one final night of training, learning and good vibes! 👊

🥊🔥 THE FINAL TAGB SPARRING WORKSHOP IS THIS FRIDAY! 🔥🥊

After two fantastic sessions, we’re ready for the final workshop of the series — and we want to finish with the biggest and best session yet!

We’ve already covered fitness, movement, coming off the centre line, creating angles and using frames to build structure. Now it’s time to put everything together and finish the series strong! 👊

Whether you’ve attended both previous sessions, just one, or this will be your first — all levels are welcome. Come along, get involved, work hard and enjoy another great evening of sparring and learning.

The summer holidays are almost here, but that doesn’t mean the training stops!

To help everyone keep active and continue progressing, Redditch TAGB Taekwondo will be running one combined session each week throughout the 6-week summer holidays.

📅 Every Monday during the summer holidays
🕖 7:00pm – 8:00pm
📍 St Bede’s Catholic Middle School, Redditch

👊 All grades and ages will train together, making it a fantastic opportunity for junior and senior students to learn from each other, build confidence and keep improving over the summer.

Whether you’re aiming for your next grading, preparing for competitions, or simply want to stay sharp, we’d love to see as many of you there as possible.

🥊 Another Brilliant TAGB Sparring Workshop! 🥊

A huge well done to everyone who attended last night’s sparring workshop. The effort, attitude and willingness to learn were outstanding from every student.

We covered:
✅ Fitness and movement drills
✅ Coming off the centre line to avoid attacks
✅ Creating angles to open up new opportunities
✅ Using a frame as a guard to create a strong structure before counter-attacking

Despite the warm weather, everyone kept working hard from start to finish. Once again, the hall proved to be an excellent venue, with its high ceilings and airflow helping to keep conditions comfortable, allowing everyone to focus on improving their skills.

It’s great to see students of all ages and grades training together, pushing each other to improve in such a positive atmosphere.

A massive thank you to everyone who came along and made it another fantastic evening.

🥊 IT’S TONIGHT! TAGB SPARRING WORKSHOP 🥊

Don’t let the warm weather put you off – if you came to our first workshop, you’ll know just how comfortable the venue was. Thanks to the high ceilings and the fantastic cross-breeze through the hall, it stayed surprisingly cool, even on one of the hottest evenings of the year.

So grab your shorts, T-shirt, sparring kit (if you have it) and plenty of water, and come and join us for another great evening of training!

Whether you’re looking to improve your sparring, sharpen your movement, or simply get more time on the mats, this workshop is for you. All grades are welcome, and there’s something for everyone.

🥊 SPARRING WORKSHOP – TOMORROW NIGHT! 🥊

The wait is almost over! Our second TAGB Sparring Workshop takes place tomorrow evening and we can’t wait to see everyone back on the mats.

Whether you joined us for the first session or you’re coming along for the first time, this workshop is suitable for all grades and experience levels. We’ll be working on movement, timing, distance, combinations and practical sparring drills in a friendly, supportive environment.

☀️ With the warm weather continuing, don’t let the heat put you off! Last time the hall was surprisingly cool thanks to the high ceilings and the cross-through breeze from the open doors, making it a really comfortable place to train.

💧 Please bring plenty of water or hydration drinks.
👕 Shorts and a T-shirt are absolutely fine.
🥊 Sparring equipment is recommended but not essential.
✅ TAGB licensed students only.
