But thereβs another incredibly important part of the picture that we probably don't talk about enough....... our pelvic floor.
And it plays a much bigger role in exercise, movement and everyday life than many of us realise.

You don't need to be experiencing pelvic floor symptoms to come along.
This is just as much about education and prevention, understanding your body, knowing what to look out for and learning how to train confidently and effectively for the long term.
There'll be an opportunity to learn directly from a specialist, ask questions and hopefully take away plenty of practical information you can actually use.
