My streak of PBs ended today but time was not too shabby - 1:56.14 - still my 3rd quickest time ever and happy with it in a 2nd place finish.
Glad to race with training partner .stubbins again.

Almost unbelievable few days for racing, on Saturday I finally broke 4:00 for 1500m and became Midland Champion. Then on Wednesday I ventured to Loughborough to race a BMC 800m race and ran a PB of 1:55.56. Two PBs in one week and the 800m one is a sigh of relief as I last ran a PB in July 2023 😂.

Hi, it’s been a while since I’ve posted on here, but I’ve still been keeping up with the coaching and keeping active, primarily in running/athletics.
Still apart of Bodyshot Boxing, we have now moved to train out of Ringside Boxing and Fitness in Matchborough Centre. More will come in a few weeks, but I am still offering 121s in boxing and can also help with anything fitness or running related too. Message me if you are interested and I will offer prices/availability.
