After suffering with an old injury herself…

Caitlin knows exactly what it is like to not have the support between physio sessions when having injuries and she is so passionate about helping people in those situations.

She believes that doing everything you can to prevent injury is so important along with the middle and post injury to ensure speedy recovery.

Which is exactly why she wanted to be a personal trainer and sports massage therapist.

My fitness journey started through horses! I’ve been riding for over 20 years, and that eventually led me into strength training, where I discovered not only the physical benefits of getting stronger, but the positive impact exercise was having on my mental wellbeing too.

As both a Sports Massage Therapist and PT, I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, perform at their best, recover well, and stay active doing the things they enjoy most.

Very excited to be a part of the team!”
