If you run or are part of a group please get in touch. Anyone who has a group that would like to try out our martial art for a 1 hour session we are organising completely free taster group sessions.
Groups from sports clubs such as football, rugby, netball or anything else, groups who are not specifically sport oriented but would like to try something new. Come try our brand new, clean welcoming facilities, friendly atmosphere and local. Send a message now and book in. Age 7+, male and female groups.

Hi all. It appears that we are running free classes, or so it seems. People on monthly payments and have to be constantly reminded will simply be refused access to train. Please make sure payment is made each month (hence monthly) or at the beginning of each class ( pay as you go). If you need any questions answered, please contact me. Thanks Shaun
