The workshop will be held in our tailor made space here in Redcar, North Yorkshire which provides the perfect environment to learn and grow. Also included is a nutritious lunch, healthy drinks and snacks throughout the day as well as dedicated relaxation time for your mind and body to integrate the benefits of the workshop.
