FULL TIME | Redcar Town Ladies Development 7–1 Darlington Locomotives Development💙⚽

After a hard-working pre-season, with the squad putting in two training sessions a week, it was finally time for our first pre-season friendly—and the hard work certainly paid off.

With several players stepping into new positions and some returning from injury, this match was always going to be a great opportunity to build on fitness and match sharpness. The team embraced the challenge from the first whistle, showing excellent work rate, determination and some fantastic passages of football throughout the game.

It was brilliant to see everyone working together, encouraging one another and putting everything we've been practising on the training ground into action. There were plenty of positives to take away, with every player contributing to a strong team performance. A massive well done to Robyn for getting today’s GOM!

A huge thank you to Darlington Locomotives Development for a great and well-played friendly. We wish you all the best for the season ahead. And wish your player a speedy recovery following on from her injury.

This is just the beginning, and with plenty more work still to do, we're excited to see what the rest of pre-season brings.
