Do you only look after yourself when you’re about to go on holiday?

Be honest.

How many times have you promised yourself you’ll start eating better, exercising more and looking after yourself…

Only when a holiday is around the corner?

Suddenly there’s a deadline.

Suddenly there’s motivation.

Suddenly your health matters.

Then the holiday comes and goes…

And so do the habits.

Here’s what I think:

You deserve to feel confident in February.

You deserve to have energy in November.

You deserve to be healthy in every season of the year.

Not just the week you’re lying beside a swimming pool.

Stop training for the holiday.

Start building habits that make you feel better all year round.

That’s where the real transformation happens.

People often ask me what my diet looks like.

For years I used to say:

“I don’t really try that hard. I just do loads of training.”

But when I stopped and thought about it, that isn’t actually true.

Without really noticing, I’ve built a few simple habits into my day that make staying in shape easier.

âś… Intermittent fasting

âś… Plenty of water

âś… Protein every day

âś… A lunch that keeps my energy stable

âś… A diet that still leaves room for treats

Is it perfect?

Probably not.

Would it work for everyone?

Definitely not.

But after years of trial and error, it’s what works for me.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that the best diet isn’t the most complicated one.

It’s the one that fits your life well enough that you can actually stick to it.

A private gym is very different to a big commercial gym.

Instead of huge crowds, long waits for equipment and feeling like just another number… a private gym offers a smaller, more personal experience built around support, coaching and confidence.

That’s why so many people choose private gyms over commercial gyms.

For a lot of people, big gyms can feel intimidating.
Especially if:
