Presentation Day on Sat was a great day for the girls to reward for a remarkable season .
A truly unforgettable invincible season, built on outstanding teamwork, dedication, and exceptional football from start to finish. The team produced an incredible record of 19 league wins and just 1 draw, remaining unbeaten throughout an extraordinary campaign.
From defence to midfield to the forward line, every player contributed to a complete team performance. The defence was outstanding, conceding only 6 goals all season through discipline, organisation, and resilience. Midfield controlled games with energy, creativity, and relentless work rate, linking play and driving the team forward. In attack, the team was ruthless, scoring an incredible 131 goals with confidence, movement, and clinical finishing.
This remarkable season was built on unity, intensity, and a clear playing identity—fast, fearless, and exciting football played the right way. Every player had an impact, and the togetherness within the squad was evident in every performance.
It all culminated in one of the finest moments of the campaign: a breathtaking final 15 minutes in the last game against local rivals, producing a spell of football at its very best when it mattered most, sealing the perfect ending to an historic season.
Beyond the results, this season has created lasting memories, friendships, and experiences that will stay with the players for years to come. The coaches and the girls’ families are incredibly proud of everything the team has achieved, not just for the football, but for the attitude, spirit, and commitment shown throughout.
An invincible campaign in every sense—defined by consistency, character, and unforgettable moments that will be remembered for years to come. Well Done Girls on an incredible Season!

Top Goal Scorers
This prize is shared by two fantastic players this season who between them have scored an astounding 84 goals. To put that into context the team who finished 2nd in our league only scored three more goals in total. They are the best of friends and this shows in the way they play together in games.
The first is an attacking minded midfielder whose electric pace brings fear to any opposition defence. She has an eye for the spectacular and scores goals which would grace any level of football. Her effort and work rate bring an incredible dynamic to the team and this season she has enhanced her game in so many areas. She exploits space in behind teams and provides pin point crosses allowing others on the team to profit which has resulted in her also recording 14 assists. Always willing to track back and help out the team she gives her all in every game. She is a leader on the pitch and pushes the team to be their best.
The first top goal scorer award goes to Kayda Morton
The second award goes to a player who has natural talent in abundance. She has the ability to change the course of a game and this has resulted in teams trying to mark her out of matches. This she only took as her challenge. She adapted the way she plays, dropped deeper or moved out wide. Her link up play and creativity have been outstanding this season proving she is not just a scorer of goal but also a creator who notched up 29 assists this season. She plays with passion and determination but also with an increasing level of football intelligence and maturity.
Matching Kayda’s total of 42 goals the second recipient of top goal scorer is Liv Curry
Breakthrough Player
The contribution that this player has made this season could not go unrewarded. It has been a pleasure to see her confidence grow as she consistently contributed to the success of the team. Her positive attitude and effort are clear for all to see with her impact helping to drive the team forward. At times she has been asked to play in a more central role than she would prefer but this season has seen her deliver performance after performance. Through her attacking play and 13 assists she provides a constant threat but also works hard to win back possession when the team are on the defensive. Her ability to get in behind the oppositions defence and create has also produced 2 goals this season.
The award for breakthrough player Ruby Watson
Players’ Player
In an incredible season where all the players have achieved so much success to be given an award by your team mates much mean you are a standout player. This player is truly that. This player won the vote by a huge margin. She is a footballer’s footballer. Her natural ability is only exceeded by her attitude and work rate making her a formidable opponent for the opposition to contend with. If she wore a GPS tracker her heat map would cover ever blade of grass on the pitch. As comfortable defending as she is attacking she is both physical and skilful in equal measures. She has been the engine at the heart of the team this season with tough tackling, driving runs and defence splitting passes. Her 13 assists and 16 goals have further added to the huge contribution that she makes to the team. In every game she wears her heart on her sleeve and although only a recent addition to the team she has cemented herself at its core.
As voted for by the girls this seasons Players’ Player goes to Izzy Broumley
Manager’s Player
In a season of such amazing statistics, it is sometimes easy to forget the other side of the game. The hard work and effort that doesn’t make it onto the matchday app. Chasing down the oppositions to make their game harder, runs the pull opponents out of position to create space for team mates. Chasing down that lost cause in the dying embers of the game and winning the ball when you have no right to. This player encapsulates all of this and so much more. She plays every game for the team not just herself. She is her harshest critic and often steps off the pitch after an amazing performance saying that she didn’t play well. Her attitude in training and towards her teammates is a joy to watch. Her competitive nature and need to win make her a fierce competitor which she displays whenever she takes the field. All of this would seem enough to see a player awarded Managers’ Player of the year but she has also contributed 14 assists and scored 37 goals.
This season’s award goes to Katie Fountain.
