Single-leg work deserves a place in your programme 🤌🏽
When we train both legs together, it’s easy for one side to take over without us even realising it.
Adding unilateral work gives each leg the chance to build its own strength, stability and control.
The goal isn’t to make the exercise as hard as possible. It’s to make it achievable enough that I can actually control the movement and build from there.
Next time you’re doing a movement with both legs, pay attention to which leg is taking over.
You might wanna add a little more single-leg work into your programme 🤌🏽
