Happy Dance Zumba with Rachel My Zumba classes are high energy, uplifting and most of all FUN! No dance experience or co-ordination required - pick the level of intensity that works for you.

** Fun, friendly and effective Zumba classes ** Weekly classes in Pangbourne & Tidmarsh - friendly and welcoming community - licensed instructor with more than 14 years experience - uplifting classes guaranteed! The best way to get and stay fit, as you'll be having too much fun to realise how hard you're working! Wear clothes that are easy to move in and trainers - bring water and a towel (you will get sweaty!) £7 per hour class. I look forward to sharing the joy of Zumba with you.

Zumba classes in Pangbourne are back as of Monday 6th January! Our emphasis is on having fun as we dance our way through an uplifting mix of songs. No dance experience required, work at your level, and singing along is definitely encouraged!

6.30pm on Mondays at Pangbourne Primary
6.20pm on Wednesdays at Adventure Dolphin
10.30am on Saturdays at Tidmarsh Village Hall

Mon 12th Aug - 6.30pm, Pangbourne Village Hall

Weds 14th Aug MOVED FOR ONE WEEK ONLY to Thursday 15th Aug, 7pm, Adventure Dolphin

No class Sat 17th- back at the Village Hall on Monday 19th, and the Dolpin on Weds 21st.
