Sun 25th Oct 2015 Star Boxing Gym, Wokingham RG40 3DX.
Adults 5-7.30pm / Juniors 5-7pm. Adults £25 / Juniors £23
+ Normal Grading Fee if grading.
The training will cover your grade syllabubs and a chance to learn new techniques for self preservation, etc. As always make everty effort to attend these sessions as they are invaluable to your improvements.

Escrima Phillipino weapons also have an important part as have influences from Boxing, Shaolin Kung Fu, Aikido and Free-style Wrestling.

Hi All

Si-fu Frank has asked me to remind everyone that we have our Shaolin Tigers Interclub Gym show tomorrow (Sat 15th March) at the Fighting Fit Gym, Post Office Club (off Richfield Avenue in Reading). If you can come down at 10:30am to support all our juniors and seniors many of which are having their first bout. It’s only £8 for spectators. Good luck to all the fighters!
