About Me

As a Personal Trainer, I use my knowledge and experience to guide and motivate you to become fitter, healthier, and stronger so you can enjoy life to the fullest - inside and outside the gym.

As well as having the expertise to help you train effectively and safely, I have a deep personal understanding of many of the challenges that may arise throughout your fitness journey and how to overcome them.

Despite always loving sports and exercise, I was very insecure about my body for most of my life - at size 8, size 16, and everywhere in between. Resistance training was a game changer for me; it not only changed how my body looks, but helped me appreciate all the wonderful things it can do and feel more confident.

Now, my mission is to help others enjoy the physical and mental benefits of exercise too. Everyone deserves to be healthy and happy, but sometimes we all need a helping hand. So whether you want to lose weight, increase your fitness, gain strength, master an exercise you find difficult, or simply want to learn to feel at ease in the gym, I'm here to guide and encourage you. Whatever you want to achieve, you don't have to do it alone!
