Sometimes you just strike gold😊 💛found this little gem of a place to do some yoga today! A lovely little bird hide in tomintoul,Cairngorms. Staying here tonight and looking forward to some stargazing later as it’s the highest village in the highlands ✨⭐️🌟

Hi all and thank you those that still visit this page.
Having taught yoga for a few years now and thoroughly enjoying the community we have built together I have taken a break and gone travelling. I’ve enjoyed lots of summer festivals where I’ve managed to keep teaching and now I’m travelling across Europe and heading towards Morocco. Having had an enriching time travelling through France, Andorra and now in Spain not far from Valencia. Learning so much about these countries and enjoying the winter sunshine. Always grateful for my good health family and friends, and my Dog Dylan. Yoga is always part of my life, keeps me peaceful and in harmony. All the best for now Helma 🥰🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️🙏
