EMOM- 6 minutes each round (less if you don’t have the time) complete the exercises every minute. Once you’ve completed then you rest for the remainder of the minute. Once the next minute starts you are back to the top regardless of how far you are through the set. Be quick…..or zero rest!!!! (Hopefully that’s clear)

From February we’ve dropped

♥️ Visceral Fat
And lots of other important stuff!

We’ve gained….
💥 Lean Muscle Mass
💥 Skeletal Muscle
💥 Happier Heart
…………And a new wardrobe 😍

And all with a drop on the scales of over 15lbs SO FAR 🤩

Little bit of Thursday knowledge is good for the soul……

Knowledge is power, use it to your advantage and overall HEALTH goals! (Bit of a fun Visual but the points are valid)

We worry too much about the number on the ‘sad step’, truth is that number can be different for a number of reasons on a daily basis and should be used for guidelines only…..but yet we all know they can make or break our day…… who’s with me?

We need to change the mindset.

Weight plays a part yes…but ‘fats’ are broken down from healthy fats to ones that can be serious health risks.

So today, think about the mindset shift- numbers on scales are one thing however shouldn’t it be about being as healthy as we can be on the inside for a longer happier life? 🤷‍♀️🤔

I’ll just leave that there ###
