At Power Sevens, we have created a new wave of fast-paced, enjoyable, competitive rugby leagues suitable for all standards. These leagues would be played with similar rules to Rugby League and are a fantastic way to keep fit as well as improve your Rugby skills. Whether you have never played Rugby before, or you play week in week out at a good standard, these leagues are perfect for anyone. Teams

will be placed into different leagues based on their level of experience in order to ensure fair games are played. Just gather 7 of your mates to create a team or enter as an individual and we will find a suitable team for you. £250 cash prizes are available for league winners and various other one-off events in order to make your experience with Power Sevens a memorable one. Rugby League Rules

No Lineouts, Scrums or Kicking

"Tap & Go" for every penalty

7 a side (Maximum of 10 players)

30-40 minute games
