i am not really strong at deadling, but this is the maximum weigth i lifted on deadlifting, 110 kg! i hope to keep improving.

Legs workout! One of my favourites exercises of legs, one of the better benefits is improving our balance and cordination working both sides of the body, and involve a lot ,he gluteal muscles, which are mostly left unutilized during our regular workouts.
4 sets of walking lunges and pliometric lunges with 30 second rest between sets and you feel your legs burning!
