Our Boot Camps are a great way for you to improve your fitness, burn lots of fat, lose some inches and have fun with a group of other likeminded people! Boot Camp sessions run continually four times a week, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 7pm. However, two sessions a week would be advisable to start with until fitness permits for more. Boot Camp runs continuously throughout the year so

your 4 weeks starts from whichever week you start. Sessions include a whole host of new and innovative exercises (many I'm sure you won't have even seen before!), along with a couple of traditional exercises that are guaranteed to have you working up a sweat whilst having lots of fun too! Each exercise can be adapted to suit your own abilities, so if you're very unfit you can do the easier version of that exercise or if you are already quite fit you can follow the more advanced version. Your instructor will show you all versions of each exercise throughout the session so that you can choose which one feels best, that way you won't feel like you're being singled out or left behind! The exercises in our Boot Camp workouts change each week so you'll never get bored of doing the same old exercises week in week out. You'll learn 40 new exercises in just 4 weeks! This will keep your body guessing and adapting which will produce much faster results. It will also help keep your motivation levels high as you'll never get bored and you'll actually be looking forward to your next week of training to see what kind of new stuff you'll be doing.
