Steak - Ribeye 180gs
Seasoning - paprika, parsley, pink salt, Pepper & onion
Sourdough bread - 2 slices
Gherkins
Red cabbage
Cheese - one slice
2 fried eggs 🍳
Likkle hot sauce

Here’s the egg breakfast pitta pocket I was meant to upload weeks ago but life can take over at times.

All you need to make these high protein breakfast goodness pockets are:

Eggs (I used 4, so as many as you would like)

Seasoning: pink salt, pepper, smoked paprika

Cheese 🧀

Chorizo (turkey chorizo)

Pitta Pocket 🥙

Spinach

Sauce of choice

160g lean steak mince (60g a patty)
1 red onion 🧅
2 Chillis 🌶️
Pakistani pink salt
Pepper
Onion granules
Paprika
Parsley 🌿
1 tortilla wrap
30% low fat cheese
Spinach
Tomato 🍅
