Good session with after not doing boxing training for well over a year because of injury it feels good to be back. 💪

Boxing training is a high-intensity, full-body workout that builds explosive strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. It also helps the mind by relieving stress, building mental toughness, and improving focus and discipline.

I love helping people realize they’re capable of so much more than they thought. Whether it’s hitting that first push-up, lifting a little heavier, or simply feeling better in their own skin, those moments are why I do what I do.

Fitness isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, consistency, and finding joy in moving your body. I feel lucky every day that I get to be part of that journey with my clients.

✨ Road to Recovery ✨

Back in June, I suffered a serious injury while training—pulled all my lower back muscles and ended up unable to walk, stuck in bed for a week. I had trained so hard for my Hyrox in September, but the injury really hit me hard, both physically and mentally.

I couldn’t do my classes or train my clients for weeks, which was tough. But after 8 weeks out, I’m finally back in the gym, starting light training, focusing on recovery and rehab. 🙌

I’m back with my clients full-time, slowly getting back into spin classes, and planning my return to football and the boxing gym in the next few weeks.

The road hasn’t been easy, but we’re finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. 🔥
