Not all discipline is made equal
Discipline over Motivation
Sounds 'howrah' right
Just get some Discipline, and the world is yours
Alot of the 'Discipline' guys you are exposed to on social media are punching from a place of comfort
It's eas(ier) to have discipline when you have to do something you enjoy
Most people don't like gym, sport, training.
The effort needed to entrench discipline in these activities is waaaaay harder than it is for Billy big guns who loves training, played sport all his life and earns money from his physique.
Ask Billy to entrench the same 'discipline' for his admin, expenses or house hold chores, and you'll likely see a discrepancy in motivation
Discipline in doing things you enjoy is different to discipline in doing things you suck at, or detest.
1 - don't allow yourself to feel crap due to the words of someone who pretends they are in a place of hurt, while actually enjoying themselves
2 - build discipline in doing all things regardless of fun factor. Some will suck less, some more, but building discipline to do the task at hand, is the goal
