Following the success of last year's event we will once again be hosting a day of open graded mile races for all abilities from elites to recreational runners. We had a fantastic 141 entries last year, whilst there were many club runners there were also a good proportion that had never raced on a track before! We also had blind and visually impaired runners racing and it was great to see everyone

having fun in the sun! Come and see how close you can get to Sir Roger Bannister's legendary sub-4 minute mile! We've got electronic timing for those all important Power of 10 Mile PBs and to get you in the mood we're going to be pumping out the tunes on the home straight. Spectators can either come and join the fun track side or grab a bit of shade in our 700-seater stadium.
