One of our favourite quotes from The King!

I’ll always have a fond spot for Arnold Palmer, as he was my grandads favourite golfer.

As a young kid, it was my grandad who first got me into golf, he’d take me to our local par 3 course and we’d go out and play there regularly during the summer holidays! So many happy memories, of just playing for fun and the sensation of hitting a good shot, rather than worrying about what’s on the scorecard.

This is something in recent times I’ve tried to get back into, forgetting my score and just going out there and having fun and smiling. Unless you are able to put hours into regular quality practice it’s difficult to improve, so why are we so harsh on ourselves? Instead we should all just go out there, play off a tee box that suits are ability and enjoy it. ⛳️

For anyone that isn’t familiar with Tom and his work, he produces some of the best 1 off, handmade golf accessories going!

His attention to detail on each and every product is second to none, you can really see the passion he has expressed in his work.

For us he is someone we look towards for inspiration. He ticks all the boxes, with what we think makes a successful brand. As so many know, the golf market is dominated by a minority, but with companies like pushing us forward you’re starting to see a shift in the industry, and he is one of the many people that has inspired us to start Nurdle Golf⛳️
