I’ve always been someone of a skinny , scrawny frame, so getting in the gym was always a big goal of mine. Over the years I’ve always found it hard to put on weight even with training.
I’ve been training for around 4 years now and to be brutally honest for the first couple of years I didn’t really see much change, whether that be down to training Incorrectly or not eating the right foods in the right amounts.
Since gaining knowledge within the fitness industry and learning off of some top class mentors I’m finally seeing the progress I always wanted to see.
One of the best feelings you’ll ever feel, so if you take one message from this, NEVER GIVE UP, set your goals, smash them out of the park and set even bigger ones. Anything’s possible with the right frame of mindset and knowledge💯
