Last-minute space available for my tai chi day retreat this Sunday 19th July. 10 am till 4 pm in Knowl Hill.

We will be practising Tao Yin (gentle yoga). Breath work, sitting meditation, Qigong, Tai Chi and Yoga Nidra.

Anyone local this weekend, I will be teaching a free yoga class, through the Park yoga charity, near the bandstand by the river in Henley this Sunday from 9.30 till 10.30am. It would be lovely to see some familiar faces. 🙏

Just finished leading my Spring 2026 - Yoga and Qigong retreat in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside.

We flowed, we chanted, we meditated, did breath work, learnt massage techniques, had a gorgeous hike and generally had a lot of laughs.

Such a wonderful group of people, lovely to connect.

My next retreat in September is full but new dates will be coming soon. 🧡🙏

After 14 years of motherhood I’m back to hosting regular retreats. First of many this weekend at this beautiful venue in the heart chakra of the world near Glastonbury. Wonderful group of people, we went deep with asana, pranayama and meditation, we laughed, we ate, we walked and we bathed in the gong vibrations. Next retreat is January 24th, waiting list only at the moment. Spring dates are soon to come. 🙏
