TIMETABLE of our classes…

I’ve outlined everything in more detail in the video at the bottom so have a watch of that for more details on the classes.

The conditioning ones can be dropped in at any time and there’s 10 options over the week. These will be massively varied using cardio equipment, weights & bodyweight in the sessions.

The STRONG will be a monthly recurring and you’ll have to be part of the membership to attend. This is following a progressive weight training program to test and build strength & performance.

It’s all coming together 😍🙏🏻💪🏻…

I’m not sharing much more yet but the space that’s coming together is unreal and I can’t wait to share the finished article.

To say I’m buzzing is an understatement.

The facility is a really large space which has allowed me to create a gym exactly how I want.

There’s a large space full of equipment & machines to enable amazing strength and lifting sessions.

A full wall of cardio equipment from treadmills, bikes, rowers, steppers…

Then a big open area in the middle of the gym which will be a more functional area. A track as the main feature for Sleds but also an area where I’ll be doing larger group conditioning type classes which can accommodate 20+ people 😀😍….

I’ll be sharing more on timetables and am open day once the final bits get ticked off but I can’t wait to get it going 💪🏻.

Also welcoming Joanne Hargreaves Ellison … She’s someone who I know well and she will be taking classes from the facility.

A passionate coach who puts good sessions on and we compliment each other well in our vision for exercise & lifestyle.
