Good run out for some of the team today over at Empire Grappling South Yorkshire open

Really well run event as always with Empire.

Isaac picked up a Silver medal and Ryan had a couple of tough matches in the big boys division which could have gone his way on another day.

Lots of encouraging signs and learning today.

Super proud of both of them as are the whole coaching team here at RBJJ

We keep moving forwards.

Great vibe today and so good to see so many friendly faces and meet some awesome new people.

It’s the community that makes BJJ such a special martial art for sure.
