We offer fundamental sessions for all ages and abilities, learning the skill and technique of boxing as never been as easy with one of our experienced coaches 👏🏼. Available sessions are ladies only, kids aged 5-11yrs and mixed adult. We are home to the amazing 'Box N Burn' HIIT classes, which are a mixture of boxing technique, intense bag work, bodyweight exercises to non-stop music and lights 🪩🕺🏼



Alongside our varied classes we also have several personal trainers who can offer you a bespoke service to meet your fitness needs. Whether it's strength + conditioning on a 1-2-1 basis or in a small group, pre or post natal fitness or private boxing coaching - we have you covered. This is the place to be!

Another busy one down at NGB tonight 👊

Both classes were packed and everyone grafted.

First up was Box & Burn 🥊 with Daniella.
HIIT step mixed in with boxing fast, tough and guaranteed to get you blowing. Proper workout.

Then our mixed class with Coach Scott Flanagan.
Good sharp rounds, solid work rate and plenty of effort from everyone in the room.

Quality atmosphere and a cracking session all round.
