We offer fundamental sessions for all ages and abilities, learning the skill and technique of boxing as never been as easy with one of our experienced coaches 👏🏼. Available sessions are ladies only, kids aged 5-11yrs and mixed adult. We are home to the amazing 'Box N Burn' HIIT classes, which are a mixture of boxing technique, intense bag work, bodyweight exercises to non-stop music and lights 🪩🕺🏼



Alongside our varied classes we also have several personal trainers who can offer you a bespoke service to meet your fitness needs. Whether it's strength + conditioning on a 1-2-1 basis or in a small group, pre or post natal fitness or private boxing coaching - we have you covered. This is the place to be!

Feeling good to have *almost* all the full team, back into the swing of things!! Holidays, bbqs, chilling in the sunshine is coming to an end 😫 but that’s just all the more reason to get back into those good habits!! Until dare I say the ‘C festivities’ begin 🎄🤶🎉

After 3 free taster classes, we’re happy to say HYBOX is here to stay!

We know the words boxing gym can sometimes sound a bit intimidating or off putting if you’ve never been before. But down at NGB, that’s not what we’re about.

There’s no egos, no showing off and no judgement. We want to build a proper community where everyone can come along, have a laugh, keep fit and enjoy a good workout together.

HYBOX combines boxing with functional fitness, with a mix of boxing, running, strength work and conditioning. It’s a tough workout, but it’s meant to be enjoyable too.

You’re all welcome at NGB, Come down, give it a go and meet a good bunch of people.

We can’t believe it’s been 3 years since we opened the doors at NGB Boxing Gym.

We just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported the gym and been part of it over the last 3 years. Members, parents, coaches, friends and everyone who has walked through the doors. We appreciate you all.

The gym has come a long way, and we’re looking forward to seeing what the next few years bring.

After the first one being such a success, we’re going to be doing another FREE HYROX class down at NGB Boxing next Wednesday 26th August.

And if you came along to the first one, you’re more than welcome to come back and do it again. If you missed the first one, even better come down and give it a go.

Everyone’s welcome, so bring a mate and come have a good graft with us. 💪

It’ll be a tough session, but a good one. You don’t need to be super fit and you don’t need any boxing experience. Just come down, get stuck in and work at your own pace.

We’re putting the first session on for FREE so you can come and give it a go.

No boxing experience needed. All fitness levels welcome.
