Amazing session working with Hamish Willis this afternoon on my running technique. In under 20 minutes I managed to improve my personal best for the beep test by an entire level. 🙂

On 11th August myself and the rest of the firefighters on my course will be taking part in a charity ladder climb raising money for the firefighters charity.

Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service's latest apprentice firefighters will be climbing the equivalent height of Mount Everest (8,848 metres) on 13.5 metre ladder at our Training Centre in Chorley.
