Movement looks a little different these days. The weights aren’t as heavy, the workouts aren’t as sweaty, and the intensity has shifted… but it still counts.

Movement is movement. It keeps my muscles working, blood flowing, and endorphins firing, and I’m so grateful for it in all its forms.

One thing I’ve always preached is finding enjoyment in your training. That’s what keeps you consistent. Right now, that lesson has never felt more true. Each session is about listening to my body, moving in ways that feel good, and celebrating what I can do.

Here’s what that looks like for me at the moment ⬇️
⚡️ Runs swapped for bike sessions
⚡️ High intensity WODS swapped for more moderate training with extra rest
⚡️ Long walks swapped for shorter, more frequent ones (I don’t want to go into labour in a random field an hour from home 😂)
⚡️ 6 training days down to 4 (on a good week!)

Different season, same mindset: keep moving, keep enjoying. 💪❤️

You wouldn’t waste the whole cup of tea just because you spilt a little sugar would you? ☕️ 🫖

So why waste the rest of your day/week/journey just because you’ve had one “slip”? 😕

You might have gone over slightly in your calories, you might have missed a workout, you might have lost your motivation- that doesn’t mean you should just sack everything off. ❌

It means you simply pick up and carry on as intended - either that, or you do more damage than that little “slip” ever did 🤷🏽‍♀️

Superset 1️⃣ 4 SETS
➡️ 10x Trap Lifts
➡️ 8/8x Split Squats (stick for balance)

Superset 2️⃣ Ascending & Descending
10,8,6,4,2 SQUATS - Build weight each set
2,4,6,8,10 SKI CALS

Superset 3️⃣
➡️ 15x DB Glute Bridge (use barbell if not pregnant)
➡️ 10/10x Single Leg Glute Bridge

Things you can still eat and still make progress on your health and fitness journey:

- Carbs (bread, pasta, even chips!)
- Red meats
- Cheeses

Stop demonising your food - make space for joyful eating, and watch how you’re able to maintain this new “diet”.

Focus instead on
- Portion control
- Balanced eating (plenty of veggies, proteins & healthy fats)
- Eating the rainbow
