MY TIPS FOR EXERCISING WHILST PARENTING 👶🏻🏃

1) Exercise with your child. This can be using your baby as a weight or getting your child involved. Exercise is good for people of all ages.

2) Find a gym with a crèche or a gym that allows kids. They’re hard to find do not get me wrong, but there are also plenty of classes which parents can bring their children. We all know finding child care for exercise can be hard, especially as a working parent.

3) Get back into exercise as soon as you can after child birth. I know it seems impossible but it will only get harder as the baby gets more mobile. Even just a few walks with your baby is still exercise.

4) Get a personal trainer. Having a child your mind is probably doing 1000 things at once, having a personal trainer will allow somebody to do the planning for you.

5) Don’t beat yourself up. You’re doing an amazing job, if you didn’t make it to the gym or for that jog, who cares? Just try again next time 🤍
