Goals: Todd ⚽️, Raz ⚽️, Nogger ⚽️

What a result against 2nd in the league! Missing a fair few players but credit to everyone that came in and put the shirt on today.

Rain, wind and hail made it tricky conditions but the lads battled through, took their chances and got the three points.

Earl MOM Raz, covered every blade of grass 👊🏻

The final away match of the season ends in defeat. Close game until the first goal went in, but well played Middlewood, played some tidy football and deserved the win.

📣 MATCH DAY… MAYBE? Sunday 1st March against Wickersley THS FC ⚽🌧️

After what feels like 47 consecutive winters… Earl Grey FC are scheduled to finally play a game this week.

Yes, you read that right. A real fixture. On grass. Allegedly.

The last 6 games have been called off thanks to our good old friend:
💦 Waterlogged Pitch FC – currently top of the league with more wins than us.

The groundsman’s had more minutes than half the squad. The lads have forgotten what 90 minutes feels like. Some are still asking, “What colour are we again?”

But this week… we might actually kick a ball in anger.
Will it survive the Great British Weather?
Will the pitch hold up?
Will we remember how to defend corners?

Who knows.
