Fit2Box all the lessons are mixed and it is a fitness class that contains all the exercises that i used to g

on tuesday nights we train at st.lukes church hall, st.lukes avenue @6.15 start -7.30., 5 pound a session
we do running circuits followed by exercises circuits and different bits that change from week to week. on thursday nights we do a running session meeting at the government acre @ 6-00 -7.00 , 3 pound a session
with lampost running, hills, stairs & beach running and some exercises too. sat

urday morning 8.00-9.00 over o'neils boxing gym in margate(message for address) 5 pound a session
where we punch the bags, speed punching,in the ring with me punching me with body armour(the ladies like this one!!) and more exercise circuits.oh, and some more stairs!! dont let the running put you off as we have all fitness levels go and they are all loving it. and its nice to run in groups rather than on your own, and you dont give up when theres other people. its a more relaxed atmosphere than a gym, and everyone does as much as they like and has a laugh too(too much of a laugh sometimes)
so come along and give us a try, you may even like it

Next Saturday morning I will if enough are interested reform fit2box for the Next weekend for the Gareth harnett fund. Let me know if you're interested. Either in function room at the Deville Ramsgate or down the westcliffe. All money will go to the fund . We can take buckets to collect from passers by!!
