een a trainer for over 20 years (blimey!) and during that time I have fallen out of and back in love with the fitness industry. I was disillusioned with the antiquated approaches to health and fitness on the island, so I chose to leave it. I fell into that all too familiar mire of not training, became unconditioned and overweight, my personal battle wages on. But my knowledge and ability to help people enjoy their training is a highly successful combination.

This Friday I am taking three sessions over at the High Performance Centre for the NSC's Group Training Open Day.

Based around free weights, strength and conditioning and Hyrox training modes, I will be coaching a ladies only lifting session at 11:00-11:45, followed by a mens only lifting session 12:00-12:45 and finished off with Hyrox (mixed session) 13:00-13:45.
*Each session will be adaptable to provide regressions and progressions to exercises where needed.*

So, let's be having you - get signed up for a wrist band and contact reception to book yourself in.
