Here’s what’s possible when conistency is applied over time. 🤯

2 years of dedication to her cause in fact. Lizzie has lost 45kg so far, yes 45kg! thats over 7stone, 100 lbs OF WEIGHTLOSS!

You can see the physical changes and even the difference in her SELF CONFIDENCE from feeling happier in her body. 🪞

What you can’t see are the internal changes, the health markers and the change in mindset as a result of her daily habits.

Throughout her journey she also had a full HIP REPLACEMENT which we prepped and rehabbed, during our time working together.

Being strong enough to overcome SURGERY and get back walking with her husband were big motivators for her during this journey. 🚶‍♀️

If you’re finding it hard to make the necessary CHANGES you want DM me ‘2025’ and let’s talk about how to take back control of your life and discover the BEST VERSION of yourself yet! 💪

I saw this quote the other day and as someone who’s spent much of his life competing in various different ways it made me think 💭

Are you finding yourself constantly comparing to others?

We often look at friends, family or people we know and wish we had what they have.

Their lives look happier, the house is bigger, they’re fitter, stronger or better looking than us and this can leave us feeling inferior.

But how does this help us line of thinking help us?

The truth is it doesn’t.

it might give you short term motivation but you can end up chasing someone else’s dreams, losing track of what’s important to you and not appreciating your own progress.

Instead, the only person worth comparing yourself to is YOURSELF.

Focus on being better than yesterday, repeat over time and you’ll be surprised how far you can go.

Maybe it’s even worth just looking back right now at how far you’ve already come! 👀

Not a post I want to be writing but please take the time to read about condition.

It is frustrating to watch someone you love be unwell through no fault of their own, there’s not much you can do or say to make it better other than just be there for them which Kent to Manchester can make tricky..So myself and Bry’s brother .smith.100 have decided to run the Chester marathon in October to show our support, plus raise some money and awareness for

In mid May, after being persuaded by her work gals from consistent bouts of swelling, Bry went for blood tests unsure if there was actually anything wrong. Fast forward just over 2 months and this little trooper has gone through multiple appointments, a kidney biopsy, an unsuccessful chemotherapy treatment (soon to trial a new one) more steroids than ronnie coleman, and now has a declining kidney function score of just 19%

Diagnosed as IGA nephropathy an autoimmune condition that has caused a lot of scarring and inflammation on her kidneys. She is just about to start a new form of chemotherapy treatment weekly with the aim of getting the auto immune disease into remission and stopping the condition from causing any further damage to her kidneys. All of this whilst working a full time job and those around her probably aren’t even aware because she just gets on with it without making a fuss and putting others before herself.

Bry is also in the process of joining the waiting list for a potential kidney transplant and having discussions about which form of dialysis would impact her life the least, this has all happened within a time frame of less than 10 weeks. A lot to take in for anyone at any age let alone a 26 year old with minimal prior signs or symptoms of anything wrong.

Thank you to everybody that has donated so far, if you haven’t already please follow the link and show your support for Bry and other people in similar situations by donating or just help raise awareness and share her story. One day it might happen to someone you love and believe me you’ll wish there was more you could do to help! 🫶🏼
