Who’d have thought people could be so happy during a workout?

If you think we just throw you into a session and scream at you until it’s over, you couldn’t be more wrong.

Yes, we’ll push you. Yes, it’ll be challenging. That’s how you get results.

But every session is designed to help you train safely, move effectively, and have a bloody good time while doing it.

Because fitness has to be sustainable if you want to stay consistent.

And for that to happen, it needs to be enjoyable.

Studies have found that people who consistently did between 90 mins to 2 hours of weight training every week are:

> 13% less likely to die from a premature death of any kind

> 19% less likely to die from from cardiovascular disease like a heart attack/stroke

> 27% less likely to die from neurological disease like dementia

🤯🤯🤯

The benefits of aerobic exercise like jogging, cycling/swimming are pretty well known to benefit your health. But it’s been less clear about the impact of strength training.
