Zoe’s training routine mainly involves
strength training, with powerlifting aspects, to see continued muscle growth and build strength

Cardio isn't really a focus of hers, however at the weekend she LUVs to play roller hockey πŸ’ with her daughter and other family members.

She has also recently joined an adult gymnastics class, & is enjoying taking on a new challenge!

Lat pulldowns are a popular exercise for strengthening and building the latissimus dorsi muscles, commonly known as the "lats." Here are the steps to perform a lat pulldown:

Sit down on a lat pulldown machine with your knees securely under the pad and grab the bar with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.

Keep your chest up and shoulders down and back.

Exhale and pull the bar down towards your chest while keeping your elbows close to your body.

Pause for a second at the bottom of the movement and squeeze your lats.

Inhale and slowly release the bar back to the starting position with control.

Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.

How incredible does my client Sarah look?! 😍 Sarah has made some positive changes to her lifestyle - allowing her to gradually decrease her body fat percentage and increase her muscle mass in a healthy, sustainabme way. Sarah's posture and confidence has also greatly improved! Sarah was also classed as pre diabetic, and due to her being consistent with the changes we have made to her diet and exercise regime, this is now no longer a worry for her! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ I can't wait to see the next set of results!

My client is already making amazing progress with her squats . She's putting her absolute all into it, continuously increasing the volume and deepening the squat, to get the most out of the exercise and work towards her goals! πŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸ”₯
