I see alot of people eating rubbish in a deficit and they believe they are doing nothing wrong because the scale is going down…but if you feel tired all the time then you need to fix up your diet and focus on fuelling your body for the purpose it was made for. Would you put the wrong petrol in your car? No because it won’t work so why is nutrition any different.

A lot of people start thinking about summer when it’s only a month away. The secret is to start at the beginning of the year making little changes, cutting out the junk, moving more etc. Set yourself goals, write them down and stick to them and congratulate yourself every day once you’ve achieved them. One day at a time will have you in that body you want by summer ❤️

THIS IS THE HONEST TRUTH…

Nearly 10 years in this industry and I’ve had the privilege of PTing some of the most amazing people I’ve ever met.

Personal training someone is so much more than a training session. I put a lot of time into all my clients in every area they need support whether it be nutrition, exercise or psychological support.

9 times out of 10 someone who finds it difficult to stay on track I’m able to keep them going as they just need that extra nudge to keep that mindset where it needs to be but there has been times when there mindset is not there at all and they’ve wasted there own money and my time too, nothing I say will stop them from going home and eating whatever they want unfortunately I can’t prevent that.

The moral behind this post is that if you are thinking of getting a personal trainer make sure you NEED the results not just WANT. Make sure your why is for you or your kids and not for a spouse or anyone else. Once you know your mind is fully in this journey then it’s time to find a personal trainer to help you along.

I feel a lot of people fail as they are so fixated on a huge number to lose. Losing more than a stone can make you feel demoralised you lose a lb yet there’s so much further to go. Instead fix your mindset focus on the small numbers and feel proud of every pound you lose, keep this mindset up and those pounds will soon turn into stones lost 🥰

Ever noticed when something gets you down staying on track with nutrition seems to be a lot harder.

The truth is we all know what we should be doing but if your head is not in a good place we will end up skipping that workout, we will eat rubbish and then not make sleep a priority it’s always a lot harder to stay on track. Always keep your circle positive! And I promise you your goals will seem so much easier 🥰
