Its been a few days since our event and just want to have a massive shout out to all the teams for turning up and playing some good netball!

Well, what a morning!! 🥳

I’d like to start off by saying a massive thank you to all participants, spectators, umpires and helpers for making the morning a massive success! 👏🏻

👏🏻 A special big thanks to the umpires! Without them the event could never have even gone ahead! 👏🏻

Now what we’ve all been working towards, the money raised for Mind from todays event was… 🥁

a grand total of £1303.21!! 🎉

An massive amount of money for an amazing cause so thank you to each and every person who donated!

We’d also like to congratulate each of our winners of the courts!

🎊 Tomorrow is the day 🎊

We’re all extremely excited to see you all tomorrow and to see some great netball being played!

As tomorrow is the day, we just thought to give you a bit more information about the day!

We get everyone registered from 9:45am - 10:00am please only captains and umpires come to the desk as we will be handing you your scorecards and your court numbers will be on your score cards

Individual players for the friendly court please also come over!

The first games start at 10:15am
The last games should finish around 12:10

The raffle will be held at the end of the day as well as a little medal ceremony for the winners of each court 🏅

Spectators are more than welcome as there is a field next to the courts as well as a few benches next to the courts

Please bring plenty of water but we will have refreshments available for a donation. Please also bring bibs for your team and if you favour a ball you can certainly use it but we do have a ball for each court.

Umpires need only bring their own whistle and water as we will be managing the timings of the game centrally and will blow a siren 🚨 when the games are to start and finish! 2 minutes before games are to start you will hear one long whistle that is your 2 minutes warning to be on court and ready for the siren to blow!

As this week is mental health awareness week we thought to bring it back to the real reason why we’re all coming together which is to raise awareness for mental health.

Mental health is still seen today as a shameful or taboo subject yet it can affect anyone at anytime! It does not discriminate and it is nothing to be ashamed of.

That is why we have chosen to support Mind this year as they’re there to support those experiencing mental health struggles. They’re fighting for the mental health of people in England and Wales and we’re 100% here for it!



For all those who will be turning up on Sunday, and all those who unfortunately cannot make it, we have created a just giving page in which we will put the money raised there for everyone to see how much we’ve raised for an amazing charity doing work that could affect any of us! Please keep an eye out for updates and help cheer us along on Sunday!

We’re in the final few days of the countdown for the netball tournament! 🎉 we’re extremely excited to see you all there on the day but to make the day run as smoothly as possible here’s a bit of information on how the day will run:

What to expect when you turn up?
• Teams & umpires to turn up anywhere between 9.45am and 10am to register.
• There will be a registration desk ready and waiting for you and your umpire! We only require the captain and the umpire so we can hand over game cards and details about the matches you’ll be playing.
• We have already decided who gets first centre and we have done it as fairly and as balanced as possible (team names in a hat best way!)

What do you or your umpire need to bring?
• Water
• Team bibs
• Mini clipboard for score cards

When do the games start and finish?
• Start at 10:15am
• Last game is to finish at 12:15

What else you can expect:
• We will have tea, coffee, water, squash and sweets available for a donation
• Sweet treats stall from a local business
• Winners of each court will receive a medal 🏅
• Toilets will be open and available
• Raffle to be held at the end of the day (tickets also sold on the day)

We’re excited to see you all on the day as well as see some great netball being played! If anyone has any questions still just drop us a message and we’ll be more than happy to help!

For those who have not been to Rainham school for girls the parking is at the back of the school which is indicated by the 📍 in the picture!

The countdown is well and truly on! With just under 2 weeks left to go before the big day 🎉 who else is as excited as we are?!

We’d like to just remind all teams that we are asking that you all to get here for 10am ready for the kick off at 10:15am for the first few games ⏰

There is parking on site and toilet facilities! As well as space for families and friends to watch you play. We’re really excited to have you! As well as coffee, tea, juice, etc will be available for a donation.

✨ Today marks exactly a year ago when we held our first ever event! It was a huge success and a great day with some amazing team’s participating ✨
