🐴 DAN SCOTT RETURNS FOR 26/27

The next name confirmed for the new season is a big one on the blue line.

Defenceman Dan Scott is back for the 26/27 campaign; a strong, commanding presence with invaluable experience and a player whose return will be felt across the roster. We’re delighted to have him back in the fold.

From Dan:
“Really happy to be back for another season. Was a no brainer for me. This club is special to me. Last year wasn’t what I wanted with having surgery, but we move on and look forward to the upcoming season.

I’m excited to be a part of what Karl is building this year. The club keeps moving in the right direction and I want to still be part of that.

Hope you all have a great summer and look forward to seeing you all come September time ready for the new season.

“So much of last season was disrupted by injury for Dan, we really missed his presence in the lineup along the way. It was great to just be able to add him to the roster for the playoffs. Obviously he is super motivated to put that behind him, and I’m delighted to have him back. He brings a wealth of experience, a high compete level and he’s a real character on and off the ice. So I’m excited to have him with us again. 🐴”

ARTJOMS KAZAKS SIGNS FOR THE MOS

A new addition to the 26/27 roster! Artjoms Kazaks joins the Dynamos, arriving from the Romford Buccaneers with valuable Raiders experience and nearly 100 games already at this level. At just 19, he brings energy, work rate and a growing offensive touch.

From Artjoms:
“I’m excited for a new start and to be a part of the team. Can’t wait to play in front of the fans and looking forward to a great season ahead 🐴.”

From Head Coach Karl Lennon:
“Despite being 19, Artjoms has already amassed nearly 100 games at this level. He has been ever present in the Buccaneers line up and even dressed with the Raiders a number of times. After being given Forward of the Year with the Buccs, he clearly is highly thought of and so we’re happy to have him with us. He’s a player that is capable of playing a role for the team and his production is improving year on year. Looking forward to supporting his continued development. Welcome to the Dynamos Artjoms 🐴.”

🐴 CAM PYWELL RETURNS FOR 26/27

Another key piece of our roster is locked in.
Cam Pywell is back for his third term as a Mo. Reliable, dependable and fully committed to the club. A player who fits seamlessly into the room and onto the ice, we’re delighted he’s returning for the new season.

We extend our sincere thanks to Mike Kindred, who has made the decision to step down as Head Coach of the Invicta Junior IH Club after more than five years of outstanding service.

We would also like to recognise Mike’s significant contribution to the pathway to the Invicta Dynamos. His support, collaboration, and belief in developing young talent have strengthened the connection between junior and senior hockey in Medway, and we are very grateful.

A former Mo, he will be always be a part of our club’s story and his influence will continue to be felt for years to come. We wish him all the very best as he enjoys some well‑earned free time, safe in the knowledge that he has played a vital role in shaping junior hockey in our community.

Thank You, Mike Kindred 🏒

After more than five years as Head Coach of Invicta Junior Ice Hockey Club, Mike Kindred has made the decision to step down from his role.

Mike took on the position shortly after the challenges of COVID, at a time when player numbers were low and many clubs across the country were rebuilding. Through his dedication, leadership, and countless hours of volunteer service, Mike helped guide Invicta through that period and played a major role in the club’s continued growth and success.

During Mike’s time as Head Coach, the club has achieved a number of significant milestones, including:

🏒 A record number of registered players last season
🏒 A record number of girls playing within the club
🏒 A record number of players representing England and Great Britain on the international stage

These achievements are a testament not only to the talent and commitment of our players, but also to Mike’s vision, passion, and tireless work behind the scenes.

As a volunteer, Mike has consistently gone above and beyond for the club, its players, coaches, managers, and families. His impact on Invicta extends far beyond the ice, and he has helped shape the positive, supportive culture that makes our club so special.

While Mike is stepping down as Head Coach, he will always remain part of the Invicta Family.

On behalf of everyone at Invicta Junior Ice Hockey Club, we would like to thank Mike for everything he has done for the club over the past five years. We wish him all the very best for the future and look forward to seeing him around the rink for many years to come.

🐴 MEGAS KANYS JOINS THE MOS FOR 26/27

A new face on the blue line for the upcoming season.
Defenceman Megas Kanys signs for the Mos, arriving from the Buccaneers where he has been a key part of their roster since 2023 and has stepped up to the Raiders over the last two seasons. Young and strong he’s a welcome addition to our defensive unit!

From Megas:
“I’m really excited to be joining the Mo’s for the upcoming season. I’ve heard great things about the club and the fans, and I can’t wait to get started. Looking forward to meeting everyone and getting out on the ice in September. See you all soon!”

From Head Coach Karl Lennon:
“Megas and I spoke following the season and it was clear to me that he would be a good addition to our roster. Defence was an area of strength and improvement last term and he was an important player for the Buccaneers at that end of the ice. When we played against each other he stood out with his performances and despite his young age, you could see he took a leadership role within the team. He’s a big strong lad that skates and moves the puck well. Welcome to Invicta, looking forward to seeing you in a Dynamos jersey 🐴.”

🐴 LUCA PASCALE RETURNS FOR 26/27

Another important piece of last season’s roster is confirmed. Luca Pascale returns for the 26/27 campaign, bringing the versatility and reliability that became a real asset as the year progressed. He settled quickly, grew throughout the season, and we’re delighted he’s continuing with us.

From Luca:
“I’m proud to be signing for another season, the group made a massive step forward as a team throughout the last season. Showing great signs of what we can achieve. I’m looking forward to seeing the fans and getting back out on the ice 🐴”

From Head Coach Karl Lennon:
“Luca joined us last season and settled straight into the team. He’s a character off the ice and a creative forward on it. I felt that across the season his presence for the team grew and now with that full term behind him, we’ll see the benefit of that come September. Despite his young age he took a senior role within the team and played all situations with us last year. Welcome back Luca, we’ll get back at it in September 🐴.”

What a Night for Our #87!
