One of our fantastic members example… “I’m 51 and this year I’ve started to learn ”to run “One thing I’ve struggled with is my breathing, but I’ve been working on it by regulating my breath whilst running on the treadmill” “I’m thankful for completing my first 5k race and now own my first medal”
