What's your motivation??? π€
The summer months always become more of a challenge to stick to your fitness goals. It's hot π₯΅, there's holidays planned βοΈ, the kids are off school π§, we've got BBQ'd meat filling us to the brim ππ!!!!
Firstly, as you know, our classes are all child friendly, which means you can bring them along with you and they can have some social time with other children, or join in if I have spare trampolines!! π©·ππ©΅
Secondly- consider the progress you have made so far this year πππ and what that will look like in another 3months time if you stick to itπͺπͺπ€―
Or maybe you haven't started yet and you want to feel your best this summer? You know you need to do something, but you just don't know how to start?? ππ€ We are your starting place, your people π©΅π©·π
I've faced the same motivational struggles at times, but I knew that not doing anything or stopping what I was doing, would only end up one way..and I didn't want to go back there!!!

That is what commitment acheives. Motivation, dedication and more than that.....doing something you ACTUALLY enjoy. Fitness that is ACTUALLY fun!!! π©΅ππ©·
Of course we all need a break, a cocktail or 4 and a few hot dogs, but we can do that AND look after our health and wellbeing πͺπππ©·πβοΈπ΄π₯₯
