Members of the 1st Rainford Scout Group are gearing up for a busy run up to Christmas as they prepare to bring Santa to the town. The group will again be running the popular Santa sleigh tour around the streets of Rainford. Santa’s sleigh will be out in the village from the 5th December to the 7th December when the 1st Rainford Scout Group will help Santa to visit as many local children as possibl

e. This popular event is always eagerly anticipated by children and, weather permitting, Santa will be out and about from 5pm each evening. A special letter to Santa can be completed from our website and given in to the man himself when he comes to town. We will also be offering a photo opportunity with Santa. Santa’s route will be published on our website and also through our page.
